In the weeks before your wedding, we'll work with you to lock down the final details so the day runs smoothly from start to finish. What’s included in the package: 

Month-Of Planning: 

• One month out: We meet to walk through your wedding details and finalize the timeline

• Unlimited support: Email and text access for questions on decor, logistics, and final details

• One week out: We confirm all final details and send the finalized timeline to every vendor

Rehearsal:

• Walk through of your ceremony and reception spaces, confirming final decor placement

• Coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony with your wedding party and officiant, including processional and recessional

• Confirm cues, timing, music, and roles, and communicate timeline and event details to the wedding party

Wedding Day Set Up:

• Ensure on-time arrival of all vendors and answer any questions about set up and timeline

• Manage all communication with the caterer for bar and cocktail hour set-up and timeline of event

• Serve as primary liaison with venue coordinator, advocating for you at every step 

• Assist with setting up fully assembled decor: welcome sign, card and gift table, memorial table, and more

• Confirm that the ceremony and reception space is set up based on your specifications: layout, centerpieces, candles, table numbers, menu cards, favors, amenities and more. 

• Coordinate the arrival of the couple and the wedding party, final getting ready and first look

• Facilitate photos by gathering family and wedding party and maintaining the photo shot list for the photographer 

Ceremony:

• Line up the wedding party and make sure everyone has flowers, rings, and vow books in hand

• Cue the music for processional and recessional

• Facilitate post ceremony receiving line and photos

• Guide guests on cocktail hour and reception logistics, such as location, transportation and timing

• Oversee proper ceremony clean-up

Reception:

• Manage timeline of events: announcements, entrances, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, and every tradition in between

• Work closely with DJ or band to maintain flow of reception and announcements

• Coordinate hors d'oeuvres, course or buffet timing with your caterer

• Oversee reception clean-up and place personal items into agreed upon location

• Settle accounts and distribute gratuities to vendors

• Plus every little detail in between! 

At the end of the day, you get to actually be there for your own wedding, present and relaxed, while we handle everything going on behind the scenes.
