Every package below includes a free consultation first, we'd rather find out we're not a fit than take a booking that isn't right. We are currently booking for the 2027 wedding season. Wedding Day Coordination

$2,000

You've put so much time into planning this day: researching vendors, building Pinterest boards, imagining every detail. Now it's time to actually enjoy it, and let your family and friends relax and have fun too. That's where our team comes in!

We make sure your vision and all the little details come together exactly the way you pictured them. Consider us your built-in best friend for the day, there to solve problems quickly and quietly, coordinate all the moving pieces, and advocate for what you want.

In the weeks before your wedding, we'll work with you to lock down the final details so the day runs smoothly from start to finish. What’s included in the package: 

Month-Of Planning: 

  • One month out: We meet to walk through your wedding details and finalize the timeline

  • Unlimited support: Email and text access for questions on decor, logistics, and final details

  • One week out: We confirm all final details and send the finalized timeline to every vendor

Rehearsal:

  • Walk through of your ceremony and reception spaces, confirming final decor placement

  • Coordinate rehearsal of the ceremony with your wedding party and officiant, including processional and recessional

  • Confirm cues, timing, music, and roles, and communicate timeline and event details to the wedding party

Wedding Day Set Up:

  • Ensure on-time arrival of all vendors and answer any questions about set up and timeline

  • Manage all communication with the caterer for bar and cocktail hour set-up and timeline of event

  • Serve as primary liaison with venue coordinator, advocating for you at every step 

  • Assist with setting up fully assembled decor: welcome sign, card and gift table, memorial table, and more

  • Confirm that the ceremony and reception space is set up based on your specifications: layout, centerpieces, candles, table numbers, menu cards, favors, amenities and more. 

  • Coordinate the arrival of the couple and the wedding party, final getting ready and first look

  • Facilitate photos by gathering family and wedding party and maintaining the photo shot list for the photographer 

Ceremony:

  • Line up the wedding party and make sure everyone has flowers, rings, and vow books in hand

  • Cue the music for processional and recessional

  • Facilitate post ceremony receiving line and photos

  • Guide guests on cocktail hour and reception logistics, such as location, transportation and timing

  • Oversee proper ceremony clean-up

Reception:

  • Manage timeline of events: announcements, entrances, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, and every tradition in between

  • Work closely with DJ or band to maintain flow of reception and announcements

  • Coordinate hors d'oeuvres, course or buffet timing with your caterer

  • Oversee reception clean-up and place personal items into agreed upon location

  • Settle accounts and distribute gratuities to vendors

  • Plus every little detail in between! 

At the end of the day, you get to actually be there for your own wedding, present and relaxed, while we handle everything going on behind the scenes.

Full & Partial Wedding Planning

Starting at $7,000

Wherever you are in the process, we'll step in as your project manager, keeping you on schedule, flagging what you haven't thought of yet, and bringing design experience to the parts that feel stuck.

This is our most flexible package. Depending on what you need, it can include:

  • Vendor research, shortlisting, and recommendations

  • Budget building and tracking

  • Design direction: color, florals, tabletop, and overall aesthetic

  • Timeline and checklist management from booking through the wedding

  • Vendor communication on your behalf

  • Everything in the Wedding Day Coordination package

Best for: Couples who are engaged, overwhelmed, and want a professional running the process, not just the day.

Pricing: Quoted after a consultation, based on scope and how early you bring us in.

Private Event Planning

Starting at $2,000

Not every event worth planning is a wedding. We design and coordinate private celebrations across New England:

  • Baby showers

  • Milestone birthdays

  • Engagement parties and rehearsal dinners

  • Anniversary celebrations

  • Bridal showers

  • Retirement and graduation parties

  • Intimate dinner parties and at-home events

Depending on the event, we can handle venue sourcing, design and styling, vendor coordination, rentals, timeline management, and day-of execution, or just the pieces you don't want to touch.

Pricing: Quoted per event. Most private events fall between $2,000 and $5,000

Tell Us About Your Event

  • Free consultation: About thirty minutes, by phone or video. You tell us about the event; we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  • Proposal: Within 1 business day, we send a written scope and quote.

  • Contract and retainer: We send you a contract to sign. A 50% deposit will hold your date with the full balance due 30 days before the event.

  • Planning: Cadence depending on the package

  • Your event: We run it. You're a guest at it.

How Booking Works

  • Our Wedding Day Coordination package starts at $2,000 and includes month-of planning, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of management. Partial Wedding Planning is customized to your needs — reach out for a quote.

  • Day-of coordination picks up about a month before your wedding to finalize details and manage everything on the day itself. Partial planning starts earlier and includes ongoing project management and design support throughout your planning process, plus everything in the day-of package.

  • Yes, we work with couples throughout New England, including Cape Cod, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts more broadly. Reach out with your venue location and we'll let you know if we're a fit.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you have a date and venue, especially for popular wedding seasons. We're currently taking bookings for the 2027 wedding season.
