I'm Victoria, the owner and lead planner at Juniper Lane Design.
I'm a Boston-based wedding and event planner. Before designing events, I spent six years as a corporate project manager. That's not the most romantic origin story, but it turns out to be exactly the right training. A wedding is a project with dozens of vendors, hundreds of dependencies, an immovable deadline, and no second attempt. My job is to make that complexity invisible to you.
The first wedding I planned was my sister’s wedding many years ago. During that process, I realized how much I enjoyed wedding planning and how well my project management skills translate to planning beautiful events. That inspired me to start my own business planning weddings for couples just like you.
How I work
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so that no couple is ever competing for my attention. I'm positive, collaborative and direct. If your timeline doesn't work, I'll tell you before the wedding day rather than improvise around it. If a vendor isn't delivering what you paid for, I'll handle it, and you'll usually never hear about it. On the day itself, my goal is that you have no idea anything went sideways, because it got fixed while you were taking photos.
I genuinely care about the couples I work with and their families. I want you to be actually present at your own wedding. Not answering questions about where the extra cocktail napkins went. Present and enjoying your moment.
Let’s work together!
Tell me about your event and I'll get back to you within one business day. Consultations are free and there's no pressure, I'd genuinely rather find out early if I'm not the right planner for you.
